Working closely with the Print Sales team, the Appointment Setting Specialist will be growing the top of the funnel for our print advertising campaigns across the Project Home Magazine and Project Home Resource Guide. You will be responsible for creating interest and managing initial touch points with possible advertisers. Your number one goal will be to fill out the calendar of for our Print Sales Representatives with qualified leads and opportunities. 

Job Duties

  • Dial into excitement with cold calls and emails, armed with our proven scripts.

  • Scout out decision-makers and sift through leads like a seasoned pro.

  • Build bridges with potential clients, showcasing the unique value of our print advertising services.

  • Play matchmaker by scheduling appointments for our stellar sales representatives.

  • Keep our CRM system in shipshape with accurate records of your interactions.

  • Keep the Sales Manager in the loop with timely updates on your sales performance and goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is your ticket to the show.

  • Your communication skills? They're top-notch, both verbal and written.

  • Thrive in the remote world? Check! You're a master at working independently and efficiently.

  • Organizational skills so sharp they could cut glass, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Tech-savvy? Even better! Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software give you a leg up.

  • Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection? Consider it a must.
