Privacy Policy

Project Home Advertiser understands and acknowledges that Confidential Information has been developed or obtained by Project Home by the investment of significant time, effort, and expense, and that the Confidential Information is a valuable, special and unique asset of Project Home which provides Project Home with a significant competitive advantage.

Advertiser acknowledges that such Confidential Information needs to be protected from improper disclosure. In consideration for the disclosure by Project Home to the Advertiser of the Confidential Information, Advertiser agrees to hold in confidence and not to disclose the Confidential Information, including this Agreement, to any person or entity without the prior written consent of Project Home.

Confidential Information includes without limitation; conversations, contracts, records and plans, customer lists and records, products, pricing structure, reports and other proprietary information. If it appears that Advertiser has disclosed (or has threatened to disclose) Confidential Information, or following termination continues to represent a continuing affiliation with Project Home, Project Home shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain Advertiser from continued misconduct or breach in whole or in part, and in such event the Advertiser accepts the personal jurisdiction of the 2nd Judicial District / Denver County Court to enforce an injunction, and further waives any requirement for Project Home to post a bond to enforce injunctive relief.

Advertiser shall also be liable to Project Home for any loss of profits, billing, costs and attorney’s fees related to Project Home filing of suit to enforce this Agreement, including Project Home’s request for an injunction and/or enforcement of this privacy policy.
